I have found out following strains from insect gut flora Devosia chinhatensis, Pseudomonas stutzeri, Serratia nematodiphila through 16sRNA analysis. There are many reports about these strains at Genus level but not by species. Can someone please suggest me how can I confirm these strains not reported in H.armigera before or identified in any other insect gut. Please avoid answers about Google search. Looking for how to get authenticate strain information from insect gut.

Interesting question because, as of 2015, it is very generic :-) It is a hard question of profound bibliographical data mining... Is there somewhere on earth a "real" science search engine able to recover such published data ?
I did not try Google scholar because you apparently did so... (note the boldfaced scholar, which is not a plain google search).
I tried Thomson ISI with a "Genus species AND insect" request (with the 3 taxa cited).
The relevant hits were:

it is probably far from exhaustive, but less than nothing. You may compare with Google scholar and see whether it is worth to pay :-)
Finally, the only remaining ways would be to track in the main editor's portals (Science direct / Elsevier and alike whether their free access services will give any hint on this ?). I suppose that you did also the pubmed search... :-)
But for sure, there is something, some tool (open), missing !
