Most women in our countries experience conflict between small children and demanding work. This leads not seldom to exhaustion especially if the husband, grandmother or other persns do not help in the situation.
Hi Mohammad, look at peer reviewed journal articles on "burnout." In the U.S. there is a phenomenon of women working full-time and then coming home and working another "shift." It is not just unique to women, either. It also happens to men/women who are caring for older adults. There should be some quant articles with instruments. Good luck.
