Evidence shows Gly has more flexibility because of only one hydrogen in its R group. Does that mean that amino acids with more molecular weight (MW) in their side chain have lesser flexibility than those with lesser MW. If hydrophobic amino acids have smaller amino acids with lesser MW, does that mean that hydrophobic amino acids have more flexibility than hydrophilic amino acids?

I would appreciate any useful references. Thank you
