I started in the late 1980s doing it based on Joselin's Ped Diabetes handbook instructions on how to do it and keeping it in fridge for use up to 1 month. the textbook is out of print now and no other substitute. Can we in Scotland collate from our colleagues their practices and publish it; it is an essential piece of work. Many thanks.
