I spoke with them, and requested the CEO to market U10 DeciPen; his excuse is that financial constraints do not allow this now. Most of us have been diluting insulin for toddlers but no one published their results of efficacy and the duration of using the diluted insulin.

I started in the late 1980s doing it based on Joselin's Ped Diabetes handbook instructions on how to do it and keeping it in fridge for use up to 1 month. the textbook is out of print now and no other substitute. Can we in Scotland collate from our colleagues their practices and publish it; it is an essential piece of work. Many thanks.
