Is there any reason why use different 2a peptide in iPS factors vector?

Hi, Nowadays, I am studying about iPS cells...

While I am studying, I found a vector map which encoded iPS cell inducing factors. I understood why they use 2A peptide but, I want to know why they use different types of 2A peptide such as P2A, T2A, E2A and F2A. I think only P2A petide which has highest efficieny compared with other 2A peptides is better.
