Hi, I'm trying to start protein NMR again. When I was doing protein NMR 10 years ago, I used NMRpipe for data processing. But I think NMRpipe is not user friendly. Please teach me any other software that is similar to NMRpipe. Free software, user friendly GUI, run on Windows is better.

NMR spectra processing (FT) in NMRPipe is now easier. After converting measured spectra to the NMRPipe format, you can run nmrDraw with the -process parameter and create the processing script easily. Check this video on YouTube: https://youtu.be/QZYeCpGQE6Q
For the spectra analysis, you can use CCPN as mentioned by Petr Rathner, or you can look at POKY (https://sites.google.com/view/pokynmr). POKY is the successor of the NMRfam Sparky.
In that case you can process NMR spectra using Bruker TopSpin. It can be used in Windows system and you could get an academic license for free. Analysis can be done using CCPNMR or POKY. NMRFAM was also good but is currently not under any further supported development. POKY can be considered as its next gen sequel. Have fun :)
