hi, Thennavan M. You can view the crack growth of materials by using the abquas, which is an useful software to research the mechanisms of nucleation, formation and propagation of cracks.

if you are asking about concrete, then you can insert a command block in workbench solution branch to view cracks for Concrete SOLID65 element. A better way is to insert a mechanical APDL component in the project view and open your results in APDL for a better control over cracks viewing.
