it is easy to apply force at nodes. can you explain what is excatly your problem.

i create a cube 150 x 150 mm size using solid C3D8R  element  and try to applying a concentrated force on  nodes at top surface of cube . it showing only 8 node at edge only.. how to apply a force on  nodes and  can't showing the nodes at  anywhwere?

try do the following

1- in assemply, creat a set for and select the node/or nodes you want apply force on it

in the load of step, select the set you creat above and enter thevalue of force in the desired direction

we cannot apply load to a reference point since it doesn't have any mass

Either draw your structure in such a way that it actually has points where you want to apply the force.

Or define a mesh-based set (nodeset); this is possible in CAE although I cannot tell you exactly how since I never did it.

Or just write an inp-file and create the nodesets by hand in the inp-file
