Well, it was problably my mistake. We thought it looks like Schizosphaerella but it didnt make sense.... So do you suggest a post-depositional "geodee"?

I know how pyrite framboids are, because I am working anoxic environments. This is where our confusion came from, we were looking for framboids from Jurassic and they turn out to be Schizosphaerella. So in these Neogene samples we saw the same thing...
