Lipase we studied was cold and organic solvent tolerant. My question is what are the other tests can be done to prove that the above enzyme can be used in detergent industries for detergent formulation or detergent additives? Thank you in advance for the valuable replies.

I think if your enzyme can bind to any surfectant it will stabilize your enzyme on the cloth which can enhance the presences of your enzyme to remove any dye from the cloth, then you can add other ingredients of detergent to make a detergent formulation.
It means Dr Swati you suggest to do the test of lipase with various surfectants for their stability and activity? Ok thanx fr d suggestions...
