We have been working on some small molecules which might be Histone deacetylase inhibitors.
We used western acetylated vs unacetylated histone /tubulin check by western blotting after treatment of cells.
However, we are seeking a HDAC enzyme panel to screen all types of HDACs to reach the specific target of our effective compounds.

Thank you for sharing the QSAR method for using HDAC library. However, I am not looking for an in-silico approach. I really want to test inhibition of the enzyme activity in vitro. I found a company selling pure HDAC enzymes which I have to buy one by one, it will cost a lot. I am looking for a panel must provide all HDAC enzymes at the same time.
