I want to publish my research paper in good impact factor journal, but the time duration is less. Are there any free journals available to publish with in 2 months

2 months is a short period of time, if your manuscript was sent to peer reviewers, it takes from 1-2 months and after acceptance it takes from 2-6 months for publication.
Web of science follow more strict guidelines than scopus.
