I'm looking for a free version of a statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS, R,....etc.) for analyzing biomedical case-control study results. Can anyone recommend me with the best software to use? And/ or send me a link to a free version?

Certainly one of the best options out there in free statistical software is R. It is available for free download on the project page. However, R requires minimal programming skills to get enough profit. If you're more familiar with a point-and-click software maybe you should try to use one version of R with a graphical user interface. I highly recommend R Commander (Rcmdr).
On the other hand, if you have used SPSS you might want more similar to this software. Currently JASP is a pretty good choice for basic statistical analysis.
In short, if you know a little programming: R is the ideal choice. If you want a graphical user interface and want to learn but do not know R programming: Rcmdr is for you. And if you're familiar with SPSS and don't want to learn programming: JASP is the best alternative.

I also prefer R (https://cran.r-project.org/) but is not user friendly like SPSS , SAS or even STATA. As you can see in webpage the R program consists of a language plus a run-time environment. Still, even if you don't have any notion of programming, please learn because it is free, constantly updated, with many tutorials and almost endless features.
