ChemDraw takes time to learn which I will give later on. I tried image enhancer online for increased sharpness but that did not work. This is a time saving measure to overcome this challenge. Google images did not have my required chemistry structures in sufficiently high resolution.

if you mean by image "the chemical structure" so it is very easy to do. chemdraw allow you to change the resolution and enhance the visualization through simple change in the setting. also other free software are available one line. i can help u in this regard, we can do one example then you can complete your work by yourself
Marvin Sketch also a good software to convert image to chemical structures with high resolution.
To get nice images of molecules without using a drawing program, have you tried Chemspider or Pubchem? Just type in the molecule name or CAS or SMILES and it gives back a good looking image. They include millions of molecules.
OSRA: Optical Structure Recognition can turn structure image to their chemical formula and smile string.
