I am working at genomes level and I have a shortage of computational resources to do the tasks I want to. So could you please suggest where I can get free online access to a good system for my academic research?

I work on bacterial genomes. So my work involves a lot of comparison like comparing all the bacterial genomes with one another, which needs good computational resources. The basic tool that I will be using will be command line BLAST. After I get the output file, custom made scripts will be used to analyze those files to get the required contents out of it. Working with multiple files will also be involved.
Probably a system with more than 8GB RAM and i7 or better processor will be good enough to start with.... for at least the basic processes.
you need to work on parellel computing. We are working on this as we got solution I will send you msg, you require linux(we have biolinux). We are trying to fix up issue. If you lab have multiple computer then you can do it. otherwise you have to use super computing facility.
