I have one synthetic drug which have two property
1. it can be used as a anti cancer drug. as well as
2. it can be used as a drug carrier.
I could not able to find any reference like self assembling drug,
while as a carrier there are lot of reference.
Please give some suggestion about this issue.
Or Carrier itself having anti cancer property like that...
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, a polyunsaturated fatty acid = PUFA) shows anticancer activity and assembles to vesicles in aqueous medium. In addition, it can be applied for the derivatisation of cytotoxic compounds to improve the selectivity and/or activity.

I gone through that review paper.
My compound is some what different from others (DHA,methotrexate and folate)
Lipid based synthetic compound, highly insoluble in water.
I was trying make liposome using that compound for drug delivery, unexpectedly and interestingly, it showed antitumour activity.
Carrier itself showed antitumour activity, So, I want prove this phenomena.
If some one can suggest some original article related to this topic, it will be more useful for me.
