I am preferentially interested in 2020 and 2040 scenarios, when land use projections are available.

The "mean annual run-off" at the national scale would be the best variable to obtain, but suggestions on how to quickly estimate (under simplifying assumptions) climate-change associated variations in water availability for agriculture from temperature and precipitation projected variations are also welcome.

Thanks in advance to everyone who could help.
