I need to perform qPCR of 40 human genes and I would like to know if I can purchase primers that already have tested and have confirmed efficiency of >90-95%
I don't see any reason why could you not search internet for the specific genes..... Ofcourse the primer sequences of the validated genes are available in articles.... you could order the primers from any company which makes primers.
I don't see any reason answering a question that you don't know and that don't contribute to anything.
If you don't know the answer, why do you lost your time here?
Do you think I didn't try to search in google (that is easier to found) before making question here? By the way, you even understand my question, so I can't understand why you still try add something useful here.
