I wonder if anyone knows of any commercial cheap devices that contain comb-shape electrodes with almost 10um separation that I can use for my works?
Another point is that If anyone knows any commercial field effect transistor that I can actually have access to its gates. I want to remove the gate for my work.

You can visit www.micruxfluidic.com, there are many possibilities in materials, gaps, widths, formats (common interdigitated and ring) for miniaturized electrodes (1-5uL).
They also customize electrodes and have some with a microfluidic channel for thin layer measurements.
