Hi all,
I possess several scFv DNA sequences and aim to generate soluble forms of these single-chain antibodies to assess their biochemical characteristics, such as binding affinity and inhibition. While numerous methods exist for producing these antibodies, I seek an expression system that is uncomplicated, rapid, and efficient. Can conventional expression with E. coli cells also accommodate scFv (I mean by solubilizing IBs)? Or maybe mammalian cell expression?
It would be incredibly helpful if you could suggest an expression system for them.
