I know that Selective serotonin receptor interacts with SERT and increase the amount of serotonin in the synaptic cleft. Again nicotine also have some biological impulse on neurotransmitters. Now, iIs there any chemical interaction between selective serotonine reuptake inhibitor (SSRI's) ?
