The peptide is plant extracted and hydrophilic. Is there any easy way of liposome preparation for this peptide encapsulation in which the the high temperature is not required for liposome formation because the peptide is not compatible with high temperature during liposome formation.....?

Hello Dr. Rahman,
I think hydration would be the best method for loading heat sensitive stuffs inside liposomal bi layer. Just form thin lipid bi-layer by evaporation, followed by its hydration using peptide solution in PBS 7.4 at Room temperature.
