Hi Shalin, Yes! There is: visceral leishmaniasis (murine model with infection of Leishmania donovani). Specially for cDC CD4-CD8-. We, in the lab, are characterizing with the transcriptional factors that were recently identify (such as Zbtb46)
Here some references showing that:

P.S.: I noticed that you developed some protocols differentiating DC from bone marrow cells, I was wondering if you could have any protocol that generate and differentiate in vitro DC from spleen (spleen-derived DC).
Hi Daniel, Many apologies but i only just saw this message. I didn't get an alert. Thanks for the references, I will look them up. I have never attempted generation from spleen, but you could always try just culturing with FL as per our published protocols. I don't mention it but always add beta-mercapto to the media. Also, Helen O'Neill has some protocols for spleen DC generation, although it's not entirely clear what they represent. Worth exploring. best of luck.
And - I suspect the Leishmania-induced are not 'classical' CD8- DCs, rather monocyte-derived DCs. There are many models for this. I'm looking more for development of true-conventional DCs.
