Is there an error associate to the constant for the reduction of a PtO monolayer when deterimining the electroactive surface area of Pt ?

When the Hads/Hdes peaks are not being formed due the low amount of Pt I'm using the PtO reduction peak for determining the electroactive surface area now the constant has a value of 420 microcoulombs/ cm2 does anyone know an error associated for the constant?
