In the process of making a 5 mM stock solution of rosiglitazone dissolved in DMSO, I used a non-DMSO resistant filter. The DMSO essentially disintegrated the filter, and the debris contaminated the stock. Is this stock solution salvageable? Can it be further filtered/manipulated somehow? This stock is needed as a supplement to make adipogenic differentiation media for culture of murine adipose stem cells.

in theory, you may simply re-filter your solution with a DMSO-compatible filter (nylon or PTFE), which will remove the old filter debris. If there is much debris, consider removing most of it by centrifugation first to avoid rapid clogging of the new filter.
However, be aware that this will only remove the debris; the soluble compounds of the old membrane (cellulose?) are still in your stock and may interfere with your subsequent assay.
While removing them is technically possible by various extraction techniques, I assume the effort associated with this is not justifiable, so consider simply ordering a new batch of compound, so you would not have to worry about possible problems.
