I made a bar chart comparing how different samples express a certain gene and was wanting to show it in fold change. The options for the Y-axis (labeled relative normalized expression) are linear, log 2, or log 10. Would any of these make it show in fold change, or is there no way to do this? And does anyone know what relative normalized expression means exactly?
