Dear all,

A lot of my samples are contaminated with salt after a RNA extraction using the QIAGEN minikit. Can I clean my samples? If yes, what is the protocol?

My samples come from various tissues and some are more contaminated (muscles) than orders (spleen).

In the future, could I avoid this salt contamination simply by adding a second step of 70% ethanol washing?
