Is there a tool or software to use in Linux in order to detect a plasmid in bacterial draft genome?
I tried Plasmidfinder as well as PlasmidSpades, but I am looking for another software.
Thanks
Kraken, RFPlasmid, PlaScope, and Platon. Just to name a few.
