Is there a suspension cell line which can be cultured at room temperature without agitation?

For a proof of principle experiment I am looking for a suspension cell culture that can be cultured outside a cell incubator. Also I have no agitation or CO2 atmosphere. Maybe some of you know a suitable line from fish or other organism.

Drosophila S2 cells grow at RT, in suspension, and they don't need agitation, nor CO2. You just need Schneider's medium + 10% FBS. I've worked with them, and the only problem is that they grow very slowy, so if you need a lot of them for your experiment it will take time to get them...
