I believe you have to measure the residues in both pollens and plant parts like leaves, roots, then you can correlate in between the results.

thank you for your answer. I was looking for a way to predict the pesticide concentration in pollen and I thought to use the Z (fugacity capacity).

From literature I found that Zpollen= (Kow*lip.fract.pollen)/H

From Z I want to return to pollutant concentration and I know that:

C=Z*f 

where f is the fugacity of the substance which (as I understood) is costant in each compartment at the equilibrium.

Therefore, how can I calculate the pollutant concentration in pollen starting from it's fugacity this compartment?
