I would like to ask for some advice on the Marie-Curie actions. I know that there are different actions and I would like to know:

- Whether all the actions involve the moving of a researcher outside his/her home-country

- If yes, how much time shall be spent outside his/her own country? For the whole duration of the fellowship or just for a part of it?

- In the call, they also talk about virtual mobility. Does it means that it is possible to complement part or the whole physical mobility period with virtual mobility?

- Is there a way, through bi-lateral agreements to start projects or activities among two partners?
