Is there a standard positive control chemical carcinogen for cell culture?

I'm currently planning a set of exposures on lung epithelial cells and am looking for positive controls but I've been having trouble finding one for carcinogenesis. I've seen B(a)p or DMBA used in a several studies, but I'm not sure if those are the considered standard/typical positive controls. Is there a standard/acceptable positive control? And, if so, what is it?
