Yes there are lots of software and hardware packages that can do this I would recommend AD instruments Powerlab and Lab Chart system, but they don't come cheap!
Actually there is a new one, Ponemah software system, commercially available by DSI. Although I did implant telemeters from this company, I did not use the above mentioned software because at that time (2012) I studied mice, and I needed to ascertain complex ventricular tachyarrhythmias (bidirectional).
As mentioned above, there are several programs that you may use, but the quality of the result is very variable. Specifically, qt measurements are quite difficult to automate for both mouse and rat recordings. The offset of the T wave is very subtle (most people extend the isoelectric portion between the PR and take the point where the T wave intersects that point). However, it is quite common to have 60cycle noise interference and baseline drift that will obscure the t off set. You are probably ok using automated measures for other intervals though.
