I work with yeast cells but have been working with human genes to insert into my yeast.

The gene I'm working with has various isoforms and I'm wondering how to find out which is the predominant isoform in human cells. I'm not familiar with navigating human gene databases since I'm usually just on yeastgenome.org.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
