I know there are qualitative assays, but I am looking for quantitative one.

Hi Thomas, I don't know of a quantitative ELISA for PiZ, but this company sells a PiZ specific monoclonal

and there are a lot of companies that sell antibodies to A1AT, so you can make your own ELISA by coating a Ab against all A1AT and then doing specific detection using the PiZ specific Ab.
