Hi, we would like to have some tips on preparing these plates. We have Poly-HEMA from sigma and are going to resuspend it in ethanol, but have found very different protocols on the web. First of all, we have concerns on preparing the solution: Won't the ethanol boil off at 65ºC?

Any help aor tip will be greatly appreciated.
