I searched everywhere and I can't find a single definitive source, the only paper that I found was this one: "https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S2214785323001335#:~:text=The%20dielectric%20strength%20of%20polyvinyl,i.e%20%3E1000%20kV%2Fmm."
It says that it is 1000 KV/mm and cited 3 sources, but I checked all three sources and none of them explicitly said the KV of polyvinyl alcohol.
And I ask this because this value seems unusually high for a polymer, specially after I searched for various sources on the internet.

1000KV/mm breakdown voltage for PVA is wrong. But what is the need for this property of PVA? Like any polymer, bdv must be in the range of 50 - 100KV/mm and DS will be between 4 to 6.
What prevents you from testing these values for your PVA specimens?
