I am trying to simulate the heat generated by gold nanoparticles excited by light.
I have found some researchers solve this problem by solving Maxwell's equation and the results are the electric and magnetic field distributions.
I am, here, wondering is it possible to convert these results to temperature distribution? If yes, how?

Try to check CST electromagnetic simulation software. It uses coupled electromagnetic and heat transfer equations to calculate the temperature distribution. Try to read the manual specifically the part of the thermal solver. It might be helpful.

Magnetic field distribution gives you distribution of dissipated energy per unit area (e.g. heat source) dP/dS ~ \omega \delta |H|^2, (here \omega is frequency, \delta is skin depth, H -- magnethic field (complex amplitude) ). The tempreture of particles is depends on thermodynamic configuration of your system (e.g. how your particles are cooled)

This is just consequence of Leontovich approximate boundary condition and Poyting vector definition. Breif explanation in the file. Field distribution gives you only heat source on the particle surface, that is, you still have to solve heat equation.( for steady state case Google "poisson equation Green function")

Thank you very much for your kind reply. Actually, I could not understand the paper 100%...May be because my background, my background is mechanical engineering.
In my case I have a dispersed gold nanoparticles in water and this colloid receives sunlight. As a consequence, the temperature of the colloid increases. I know that the nanoparticles will suffer from resonance due to their optical properties(when the frequency of the incident light equals the frequency of the free electrons of the nanoparticles), and this will produce a significant heat causing the temperature of the nanoparticles' surface to increase. The high surface temperature will heat the water up, i.e., the gold nanoparticles will work as heat source inside the bulk volume of the water.
My question, is there a software(or a program) capable to simulate this case.
I would be grateful if you can help me to simulate this case.

Maxwell's equations must be solved with heat equation, simultaneosuly. CST or COMSOL can do this.
The reason is the dissipative processes in the medium caused by the Joule heat. Namely, the base energy balance equation is followed from Maxwell’s equations (see, M.Born, E.Wolf . Principles of Optics ).
