Any molecules containing π-electrons or non-bonding electrons (n-electrons) can absorb the energy in the form of ultraviolet or visible light to excite these electrons to higher anti-bonding molecular orbitals. The more easily excited the electrons (i.e. lower energy gap between the HOMO and the LUMO), the longer the wavelength of light it can absorb.
So coming back to your question,
# Does every nanofluid, solution, ionic liquid, or liquid has its unique radiation absorption? Yes, if it has electrons that can absorb the energy in the form of ultraviolet or visible light.

According to your explanation, Could you please explain why some nanofluids, such as carbon nanotubes; carbon horns; carbon black nanofluids, have approximately constant absorption over a wide range of radiation ~(300 - 900 nm), while some others, such as gold and silver nanofluids, have a peak of absorption at a certain wavelength?
What's the difference between the electrons of carbon molecules and gold and silver molecules to find that difference in the absorption trend?
