I am a non-traditional student taking a Master of Arts inn Coaching and Sports Leadership at Randolph College, Virginia, USA.
My lap partner are taking a class on Group Dynamics and we must conduct a 20-30 minute podcast. Our final aim is to produce a conversational podcast between my collected information (as a Head Coach of a youth swim club) and the information collected by my lap partner (who is a collegiate soccer coach) to explore in depth with respect to the overall development arc of the athlete from the youth level and into the collegiate environment. We are looking to use age as the moderator between the topic in terms of the experience of each podcast participant (myself and my lab partner) since we coach at different age ranges.
Is there any research on this? Our other moderators if we are unable to solve this are: sport type (interactive vs coactive); and gender.
