I'm studying inhibitors for different histone modifying enzymes such as Entinostat or MS-275, which inhibits HDAC 1 and 3 (H4K5ac and H4K8ac), A196, which inhibits SUV420H1/H2 (H4K20me3) and NSC636819, which inhibits KDM4A and KDM4B (H3K36me2). I've succesfully confirmed the inhibition of the enzymes, reflected by protein levels of the histone marks, and I would like to see in which regions of the genome (and respective genes) those histone marks are expressed (or not), to see what potential genes could be altered. Anything will be helpful!
