Is there a compact form for the i-v characteristics of finfet (common gate or independent gate) ?

Is the I-v relationships for planer mosfet are valid to used with finfet or there is another compact form for finfet ?

Please check these documents. Some of these analytical models for FinFET and DG-FET are feasible for calculation and simulation in MATLAB or MathCAD. There are other higher order more accurate models and you need to perform detailed literature survey to get these papers.
