Probably not. I would suggest a nonionic surfactant nonyl phenol 6 EO (a verycommon surfactant that you can find at any chemicla distributor). Use undiluted, on a wet sponge and rub carefully the surfaces. Rinse with abundant water (you will have to do several time, the surfactant is foaming and the foam is persisent).
