Is the Qiagen AllPrep DNA/RNA/Protein Mini Kit suitable for isolation of total DNA including genomic and mitochondrial DNA?

I want to check the DNA ratio between mito/nucleus, but we only have Qiagen AllPrep DNA/RNA/Protein Mini Kit. I wonder if I can use this kit to extract the total DNA of genomic and mitochondrial parts or you have more suggestions with kit-free protocols.

We use Qiagen "DNeasy Blood & Tissue Kits". It can extract both genomic and mitochondrial DNA from cultured cells or tissue. I think your Qiagen kit should be OK for your need.
