I'm now investigating the role of c-jun and c-fos in mouse. Therefore, I need c-jun and c-fos expressing lenti- or adenovirus to infect quiescent cells. Also, I need some c-jun and c-fos shRNA adeno- or lentivirus. Does anyone has already generated these viruses? Since I'm not sure c-jun or c-fos are consistent with my hypothesis, I don't think my boss will allow me to buy these virus from company. Thank you very much.
