I think PT-link is part of the Immunohistochemistry staining material applied after the antibody. I don't think it is an antigen retrieval solution or permiabilizer. To be sure check the data sheet for the product or the supplier website.

If you mean PT-link by Dako/Agilent it is a device that controls the time and temperature of your heat induced antigen retrieval (HIER). The purpose is to reduce the variability between runs compared to manual HIER.
