Regarding immunofluorescence on mice skin tissue, I tried using HS (2.5%) & SVF (5%) but for both i keep on having a strong background, sugestions?

I have diluted the primary and secondary antibody in SVF (5%) and i got a high background, then I tried with HS (2.5%) and still didnt work
