Hello everyone,
Our group recently performed MS/MS spectrometry to study the possible alterations of a stimulus in specific protein phosphorylation. After obtaining the results we in fact observed a lower precursor area of our interest phosphorylation containing peptide following a specific treatment. My first question is: is this result enough to suggest the occurrence of a lower amount of phosphorylation?. In the case of this, how can I represent this results in a graph?
