I'm agree with Kaushal, the Nos terminator is enough but if it happens that you are confronted to an exceptionnal case (secondary structures which bypass the Nos termanation domain ?), you can try the terminator from the ORF VI of the CaMV (TermVI for friends) which is also common in plant expression vectors. I never had to use another terminator other than these two ones.

Edit : I join here a file with different terminator sequences (with Term3A/3AT the terminator from one of the Pea rubisco genes) which can differ between vectors. The red letters are the polyadenylation domain.
