I am currently using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) as a screening tool to evaluate neurocognitive alterations among individuals with crack cocaine use (locally known as "Bouffa") in Morocco. I would like to hear from other researchers or clinicians who have used MoCA in addiction-related contexts. What are its limitations and strengths in this population? Are there better alternatives or adaptations for this use?
